During an interview at the Delhi Capitals School Cup 2025 final held at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Gupta praised Jemimah's development as both a player and a leader since she was the first pick during the inaugural WPL auction. He noted her positive impact on the team and conveyed pride in her new leadership role. "It's been an incredible journey for her. Jemmy was our first selection three years ago, and we have witnessed her evolution into a remarkable player and leader. In the final of the DC School Cup 2025, Modern School Barakhamba Road emerged victorious in both the boys' and girls' categories. The girls' team triumphed over DPS RK Puram by 133 runs, while the boys' team defeated St Thomas School by 57 runs, marking a successful conclusion to the tournament.
