Bethell Reflects on His Performance
Following his recognition as 'Player of the Match', Bethell shared insights about his IPL experience and its influence on his batting style. He expressed, "It is pretty special. Putting in a great performance was special. I enjoyed batting in the middle order. Today was easy when I came in to bat as we were on top. I back myself once I am in. Dot balls are never good for a batter's mind; it is perfect I get a few boundaries early on."
He further added, "I learnt a lot. I felt the experience was beneficial (About IPL). I am a better batter than I was two months ago before the IPL. Virat (Virat Kohli) was great as he shared his experience."
