Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], June 1: After clinching their second consecutive Indian Premier League (IPL) title, Virat Kohli, a key player for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), expressed that it felt like a 'daydream' for the team, emphasizing the high stakes of modern cricket.

Kohli's exceptional performance, scoring an impressive 75* off 42 balls, alongside stellar bowling from Rasikh Dar Salam, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Josh Hazlewood, propelled RCB to victory after a 17-season wait for a trophy. His innings included nine fours and three sixes, showcasing his skill during a tense chase of 156 runs.

In his post-match comments, Kohli, who achieved his fastest IPL fifty in just 25 balls, remarked, 'This is the stuff dreams are made of. I envisioned this moment many times, and tonight it became a reality. We approached the game with confidence and clarity, which helped us navigate through challenging situations.'
