RCB Wins Toss and Chooses to Field

In Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), the reigning champions, have won the toss and opted to field first against the Gujarat Titans (GT) in the IPL 2026 final on Sunday.

RCB's captain, Rajat Patidar, expressed his team's determination, stating they are focused on delivering their best performance on the day of the match.

During the toss, Patidar shared RCB's strategy, saying, “We’ll bowl first. The wicket looks good, and I don’t expect it to change much. We have fond memories from last year. Our goal is to perform well today. It’s crucial to stay in the moment and manage what we can control. I always enjoy playing at this venue. We have the same team as before.”
