Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], April 14: The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are preparing to welcome the Lucknow Super Giants to the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium this Wednesday for their next IPL match.
Entering this match on a high note, RCB recently achieved an impressive 18-run win over the Mumbai Indians. Currently, they hold the third position on the points table, having gathered six points from four games, boasting the best net run-rate in the league.
This match signifies the beginning of a crucial stretch for the defending champions, as they are set to play three consecutive home games.
Rasikh Salam Dar, a right-arm pacer, stood out in the last match, recording figures of 1/23.

An IPL statement confirmed, “Tim David, Batter for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), has been fined 25% of his match fee and has received one demerit point for violating Level 1 of the IPL's Code of Conduct for Players and Team Officials during Match No. 20 against Mumbai Indians (MI).”
