Marsh contributed a fighting 35 runs off 28 balls, including three sixes and two fours, before falling to Kuldeep Yadav, who also took the wicket of Mukul Choudhary with a simple caught and bowled.

Abdul Samad scored 36 runs off 25 balls, forming a 33-run partnership for the seventh wicket with Shahbaz Ahmed, who remained not out on 15 runs from 16 balls. Lungi Ngidi's effective bowling helped limit LSG's total to 141 runs by taking the last few wickets.
