He noted that Kohli's passion for improvement continues to motivate those around him.

Reflecting on their time together, Krunal shared insights about Kohli's commitment to the sport. 'I've gained so much just by observing Virat's approach to tournaments and the intensity he brings to every practice. Having played alongside him for India during his captaincy and against him, I feel fortunate to be in the same dressing room again,' he remarked.

The 35-year-old all-rounder highlighted that Kohli's determination remains unwavering, even after years at the pinnacle of cricket. 'His hunger is truly remarkable. Those eyes tell the story. The same intensity in every practice session and the desire to improve is what defines him. I believe he would have been one of the greatest in any era, and there's still much more he can contribute to the game,' he added.

Krunal also shared his aspirations of rejoining the Indian national team, stating that representing his country is his ultimate dream. While he finds joy in winning the Indian Premier League (IPL) and consistently performing, wearing the India jersey again is his primary goal.

Having last played for India in 2021, Krunal has participated in five ODIs, scoring 130 runs and taking two wickets, and has made 124 runs with 15 wickets in 19 T20Is.

'Winning the IPL and performing well has been fulfilling, but every cricketer has a dream. Since childhood, my dream has been to represent India. That dream remains unchanged. Playing for India is the greatest honor and achievement for me, and wearing the Blue Jersey again is a dream that is still alive,' he expressed.

'I aim to continue my current performance and earn that opportunity again. I'm hopeful for that,' he concluded.

In a thrilling match on Sunday, RCB triumphed over the Mumbai Indians by two wickets, with Krunal playing a pivotal role by scoring 73 runs off 46 balls, leading his team to victory.

RCB faced a challenging start, finding themselves at 39/3 in just over five overs while chasing a target of 167. Krunal formed a vital 55-run partnership with Jacob Bethell (27) and a 37-run partnership with Jitesh Sharma (18), bringing RCB closer to their goal before his dismissal in the 18th over after hitting two sixes off Allah Ghazanfar's bowling.

Despite battling cramps, Krunal's performance was commendable as he delivered when it was most needed.
