Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], April 14: In light of the updated schedule released by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for the Indian Premier League (IPL), the Gujarat Titans have provided a ticket advisory regarding their upcoming match against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
On Monday, the BCCI revealed changes to the IPL 2026 schedule, moving the match between Gujarat Titans (GT) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) from Ahmedabad to Chennai on April 26. The return match is now set to take place at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium on May 21.
This adjustment is made in consideration of the Municipal Corporation elections occurring in Ahmedabad and other regions of Gujarat on April 26, 2026.
“Gujarat Titans are dedicated to a fan-centric approach, providing options for those who have already purchased tickets to support the team. With fans as a priority, the franchise aims to ensure a seamless and convenient experience for everyone. Ticket holders who booked through BookMyShow will receive notifications via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, offering them two choices: keep their tickets for the new date or request a full refund, which will be processed within 8-10 business days,” stated the GT.
“The deadline for responses is April 20 at 12 PM. If no response is received, tickets will be automatically retained. For those with physical tickets, refunds will only be issued after the successful return of the tickets. Detailed instructions for returning physical tickets will be sent out starting April 21 via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. All ticket holders are encouraged to check their communications and respond promptly,” it added.
Currently, GT holds the sixth position in the points table with two victories and two defeats.
