Eagle Thane Strikers Prepare for T20 Mumbai League 2026

Thane (Maharashtra) [India], May 20: The Eagle Thane Strikers have revealed their lineup for the upcoming T20 Mumbai League 2026, showcasing a blend of seasoned players and emerging talents ready to compete in the tournament's fourth season.


As per the announcement, the franchise will once again count on the expertise of Indian all-rounder Shardul Thakur, aiming for a stronger performance this year after narrowly missing the finals last season, where they faced an eight-wicket loss in the semifinals.


The squad features players such as Aditya Vinod Giri, Amartya Raje, Anuj Vinod Giri, Atharav Ankolekar, Ayaan Mohit Jain, Eknath Dinesh Kerkar, Kartik Mithilesh Mishra, Manan Bhat, Onkar Tukaram Tarmale, Rohan Rajendra Ghag, Sairaj Patil, Shardul Thakur, Shashikant Eknath Kadam, Shashwat Yogesh Jagtap, Shaun Motiram Rodrigues, Shivansh Lallan Singh, Siddhant Manoj Singh, Sumeir Samrat Zaveri, Vinay Suresh Kunwar, and Dhanay Parekh.


Commenting on the squad's formation, Vicky Rupchandani, the owner of Eagle Thane Strikers, expressed satisfaction with the team's composition. The tournament is set to take place from June 1 to June 13, with the Eagle Thane Strikers kicking off their campaign against the Bandra Blasters on June 1 in the league's inaugural match. The men's competition will feature eight teams, with the top four advancing to the semifinals on June 11.
