Delhi Capitals' IPL 2026 Schedule Released
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has revealed the full schedule for the latter half of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026, which includes the last three home matches for the Delhi Capitals. All seven home games for the Capitals will take place at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. The season kicks off for DC on April 1, where they will face the Lucknow Super Giants, led by Rishabh Pant. Following this, they will host the Gujarat Titans and the Mumbai Indians.
As the season progresses, the Axar Patel-led team will embark on an extensive tour of South India, playing against the Chennai Super Kings on April 11, followed by matches in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Fortunately for the Capitals, four of their next five games will be held in Delhi, with only a brief trip to Jaipur to take on the Rajasthan Royals.
As the league stage nears its conclusion, the Capitals will head to Dharamsala on May 11 to compete against the Punjab Kings, who were last year's runners-up. The final phase of their campaign appears to be relatively calm, with a six-day gap before facing the Royals at home and another week-long break before their last away match against the Kolkata Knight Riders. The team is focused on establishing the consistency needed to secure a playoff spot for the first time since 2021, especially after narrowly missing out last year with a fifth-place finish.
