In the same video, he pointed to Naman Dhir and remarked in Punjabi, “Aa dekh, aa hai Punjab da asli noor, te aa hai nakli,” meaning, 'Look, this is the real glow of Punjab, and this is fake.' This incident is not isolated; Arshdeep has faced similar accusations before. Last year, he and Ishan Kishan were involved in a controversy for allegedly making racist comments towards Sai Sudharsan in a Snapchat video.
