The defending champions, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, are set to face off against Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2026 final this Sunday in Ahmedabad. RCB aims for a rare consecutive title win, while GT seeks to reclaim the trophy they first won in their inaugural season in 2022.

As the IPL 2026 final approaches, Gujarat's Deputy Chief Minister, Harsh Sanghavi, announced that the state police are fully prepared to manage security and crowd control.
