Australian cricket legend Shane Watson has made a bold prediction regarding the winner of IPL 2025. In a video shared on social media, he expressed his belief that RCB will emerge victorious this season. Watson stated, "I have been contemplating who will win IPL 2025, and in my opinion, RCB will be the champions. I foresee Virat Kohli as the Man of the Match."

RCB's Chances Enhanced

Watson feels optimistic about RCB's chances of winning, especially with the return of Josh Hazlewood, despite some challenging matches in the latter half of the season for the Bengaluru team. He emphasized that this could significantly boost RCB's prospects of clinching the title.

Virat Kohli's Stellar Performance

The former Australian player also predicted that Kohli would be named Player of the Match in the final. So far in IPL 2025, Kohli has played 13 matches, scoring an impressive 602 runs at an average of 60.20, making him the player with the most fifties this season. This marks the third consecutive season where Kohli has surpassed 600 runs in the IPL.
