IPL 2025 Final Details

The final of IPL 2025 is set to take place on June 3 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has made special arrangements for this match. In the event of rain, the match will still be completed.

For the IPL 2025 playoffs, the BCCI has established a cutoff time of 11:56 PM for a 5-over match. If rain prevents the match from starting before this time, it will be considered canceled; however, this rule does not apply to the final.

The final match will be played in its entirety, even if rain occurs, as the BCCI has designated a reserve day. This means that if the match cannot be completed on June 3, it will continue on June 4.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has already secured a spot in the final by defeating Punjab Kings in Qualifier 1. Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians triumphed in the Eliminator match against Gujarat Titans.

The winner of the match between Mumbai and Punjab will face RCB in the final on June 3. If Mumbai reaches the final, they will aim for their sixth IPL trophy, while if Punjab advances, it will be a chance for either team to claim their first trophy.
