The Indian Senior Women's Hockey Team is gearing up for a tour in Argentina, scheduled for April. This series will consist of four matches, taking place at the CeNARD facility in Buenos Aires from April 13 to April 17.

These matches are set for April 13, 14, 16, and 17, all commencing at 11:00 AM local time (6:30 PM IST), as per a statement released by Hockey India. The Indian team has faced Argentina in several competitive matches recently, including a thrilling 2-2 draw that was decided by a shootout during the FIH Pro League 2024-25 last June.

This tour is crucial for gaining match experience against high-caliber international teams, aligning perfectly with Hockey India's strategic plans to build momentum ahead of the FIH Hockey World Cup in Belgium and the Netherlands in 2026, as well as the Asian Games later this year.
