She began her cricket journey playing with a tennis ball alongside boys, focusing on fast bowling since there were no spin bowlers in her vicinity.

When she started her fast bowling journey, she would watch videos of Hardik's bowling techniques and aimed to emulate his style. A Historic Achievement

In England, Kranti Gaud has become only the second Indian woman fast bowler to take five or more wickets in an ODI match. The first was former Indian fast bowler Jhulan Goswami, who achieved this feat in 2011 against New Zealand, claiming six wickets for just 31 runs.
