Members of the Indian men's skeet team, Anantjeet Singh Naruka, Bhavtegh Singh Gill, and Mairaj Ahmad Khan, expressed immense pride after clinching bronze medals at the Asian Games 2026. The trio achieved bronze in the men's skeet team event, finishing with a total score of 346. Qatar secured the gold medal with 353 points, while Kuwait took home the silver with 348 points.

In a conversation on Friday, Anantjeet shared that winning two medals for India was a remarkable accomplishment. He commended the overall success of the Indian shooting team, stating, "Bringing back two medals for your country is always a great feeling. I also won two medals in China last time, so I’m thrilled to repeat that success." He emphasized that the shooting team met expectations by securing multiple medals, expressing satisfaction with their performance and determination to continue excelling.

Bhavtegh Gill's Pride in Team Success

Bhavtegh Gill expressed that witnessing the Indian flag rise while standing on the podium with his teammates was an unforgettable experience. Mairaj Ahmad Khan shared his pride in winning a medal for India and his focus on achieving more at the upcoming 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. He remarked, "Winning this medal for my country brings me immense joy. Standing on the podium while the national flag is raised gives me goosebumps.
