Rinku Singh's Cricket Career

At 27, Rinku Singh is emerging as a prominent figure in Indian cricket. Originating from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, he is known for his explosive batting style and plays for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the IPL. KKR has retained him for ₹13 crore for the upcoming 2025 season. He was also named as a reserve player for India's T20 World Cup 2024 squad.

However, his performance in IPL 2025 was less than stellar, as he scored 206 runs in 11 innings. Despite achieving a strike rate of 153.73, he faced challenges due to limited opportunities to bat. Had he batted higher in the order, his statistics could have been significantly improved.
