On Thursday, India A showcased an impressive performance on the first day of their four-day unofficial Test against Sri Lanka A in Galle. Sai Sudharsan's century, along with half-centuries from captain Dhruv Jurel and Shaikh Rasheed, marked a successful opening day.


By the end of the first day, India A had posted a score of 333 for 4, with Jurel remaining not out at 68 and Rasheed at 53.

After winning the toss, India A chose to bat first. The innings began with a solid 82-run partnership between Sudharsan, who has played seven Tests, and Aayush Pandey, who scored 25 runs off 64 balls, including three boundaries.
