The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has announced its commitment to assist the BCCI in organizing the tournament, although they will need to revisit the No Objection Certificate (NOC) that was initially issued for the IPL's original schedule.
Jos Buttler, Jacob Bethel, and Will Jacks have been selected for both the ODI and T20 squads for the West Indies series. With the Gujarat Titans, Royal Challengers Bangalore, and Mumbai Indians all vying for playoff spots, these teams must have contingency plans in place. Buttler has been a crucial player for the Titans, amassing 500 runs at an impressive average of 71 and a strike rate of 163. He has formed a formidable top three alongside Sai Sudharsan and Shubman Gill.
