They shared valuable insights on managing pressure, teamwork, and decision-making, which are applicable in management contexts beyond cricket. IPL 2026 Schedule: First Phase

The Gujarat Titans have commenced their training for the upcoming IPL season. The schedule for the initial phase of IPL 2026 has been released, with the team, led by Shubman Gill, set to kick off their campaign against the Punjab Kings in Mullanpur on March 31.

Following this, the Titans will host their first home match on April 4 against the Rajasthan Royals at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. They will then travel to Delhi to compete against the Delhi Capitals at Arun Jaitley Stadium on April 8, and face the Lucknow Super Giants on April 12 at Ekana Stadium in Lucknow.

Review of Past Performances

In the previous IPL season, the Gujarat Titans made it to the playoffs but were eliminated by the Mumbai Indians in the Eliminator round. A significant factor in their playoff run was the outstanding performance of their top-order batsmen. Sai Sudharsan (759 runs), Shubman Gill (650 runs), and Jos Buttler (538 runs) played crucial roles in ensuring the team's success.

Since their inception in 2022, the Gujarat Titans have established themselves as one of the most consistent franchises in the IPL, reaching the playoffs in three out of their first four seasons and clinching the championship in their debut year.
