Exciting WWE Raw Matches Announced for June 23 Episode
Major Title Match and Semifinals Set for WWE Raw
In a thrilling announcement, Becky Lynch will defend her Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Bayley on WWE Raw next week. This match, initially expected to occur at the Evolution 2025 premium live event, has been moved up following a heated exchange between the two competitors during the latest episode on Netflix.
During the June 16 episode of WWE Raw, Lynch and Bayley engaged in a fiery promo, continuing the storyline of Bayley’s return as she seeks revenge on Lynch for her earlier attack that removed Bayley from the WrestleMania 41 lineup. The confrontation escalated when Lynch landed a cheap shot on Bayley, who retaliated with a punch.
Later in the show, it was confirmed that Bayley would face Lynch for the women’s IC title next week. Additionally, Dominik Mysterio will defend his men’s Intercontinental Championship against AJ Styles at the upcoming Night of Champions event in Saudi Arabia.

In a previous episode on June 9, Lynch accused her rival Lyra Valkyria of injuring her shoulder during an attack at Money in the Bank. This led to Lynch demanding an apology from Valkyria, but it turned out to be a distraction for Bayley, who returned to attack Lynch.
In addition to the Lynch vs. Bayley match, WWE Raw will feature a King of the Ring tournament semifinal where Cody Rhodes will compete against Jey Uso. Rhodes secured his spot in the semifinals on SmackDown, while Uso advanced in the previous episode. The two had a confrontation leading up to their match.
Furthermore, a Queen of the Ring semifinal will see Roxanne Perez face off against Jade Cargill. Perez advanced last week, while Cargill made it through on Friday’s SmackDown.

The WWE Raw episode on June 23 will take place at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. The confirmed match card currently includes:
