Overview of the PickleSpin PWR 50 Cup


The PickleSpin PWR 50 Cup, sanctioned by the Indian Pickleball Association (IPA), is set to commence in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, starting Friday. This tournament will run from February 27 to March 1, featuring three days filled with exhilarating pickleball matches. A total of 70 players will compete across five different categories, showcasing emerging talent from the area.


Although no top-tier players are participating, spectators can anticipate exciting performances from up-and-coming athletes, such as Arunav Vaish, who boasts a DUPR rating of 4.64. Each category winner will receive a fantastic prize package that includes cash, a bag or paddle, a hamper, a Decathlon t-shirt, and a discount coupon from Personality Ikon, a prominent salon in the city.

  • Men’s Singles: 17 players

  • Men’s Doubles: 22 players

  • Women’s Singles: 6 players

  • Women’s Doubles: 5 players
