Hong Kong: The Indian cricket team is gearing up for the 2026 Hong Kong Sixes, featuring a lineup of seven prominent players ready to tackle the thrilling six-a-side format from October 30 to November 1.
Leading the squad is the experienced pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar, joined by fellow IPL stars Krunal Pandya, Shashank Singh, Rahul Tewatia, Nitish Rana, Rahul Tripathi, and T. Natarajan.
This team combines international expertise, explosive batting, versatile all-rounders, and specialized bowlers, making it a formidable presence in one of cricket's most dynamic formats.
Bhuvneshwar's extensive international and IPL background allows him to excel with the new ball, while Krunal's all-round capabilities add depth. Nitish's aggressive batting style and experience at the top, along with Shashank and Tewatia's finishing skills, enhance the squad's attacking potential. Tripathi's aggressive intent and Natarajan's left-arm pace option further strengthen the team.

The upcoming challenge is significant, as Pakistan enters the 2026 tournament as the reigning champions, having secured their sixth title by defeating Kuwait in the previous final.
The 2026 edition will showcase eight major cricketing nations alongside four Associate Members, promising three days of exhilarating, high-octane cricket at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground.
The Hong Kong Sixes is known for its unique short-format competitions, where six players per side condense the excitement of a full match into a fast-paced format filled with boundaries, innovative shots, and rapid momentum shifts.
