Dubai: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the complete schedule for the Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2026, which includes the Super Six phase. From January 18 to February 1, ten teams will compete in Nepal for four coveted spots in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, set to occur in England and Wales during June and July.

Warm-up matches are slated for January 14 and 16 at three different venues: Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground, Upper Mulpani Cricket Ground, and Lower Mulpani Cricket Ground.

Once the group stage kicks off on January 18, competitive matches will be held exclusively at Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground and Upper Mulpani Cricket Ground.

In the opening matches, Nepal will take on Thailand, while Bangladesh faces the USA at 9 am local time. The afternoon matches at 1 pm local will feature Zimbabwe against the Netherlands and Ireland challenging Papua New Guinea.

Scotland and Namibia will begin their campaigns on January 20. The group stage will see four matches played every other day, concluding on January 26. The top three teams from both Group A and Group B will progress to the Super Six.

The matches that will determine the four qualifying teams are scheduled for January 28, January 30, and February 1.

Group A consists of the USA, Bangladesh, Ireland, Papua New Guinea, and Namibia, while Group B includes Nepal, Thailand, Zimbabwe, the Netherlands, and Scotland.

After the top three teams from each group advance to the Super Six stage, all teams will play three additional matches, facing the three qualified teams from the opposing group. The semi-finalists from the qualifiers will secure their places in the T20 World Cup later this year.
