The upcoming episode of AEW Dynamite is set to feature a highly anticipated rematch from All In: Texas, where Adam “Hangman” Page will defend his title for the first time against Jon Moxley. This matchup was confirmed last week, alongside new announcements regarding tonight's show on the TBS Network, which have been shared on social media.

Tony Khan took to his Twitter account on Tuesday to reveal that Toni Storm and Alex Windsor will join forces to face Athena and Billie Starkz in a tag team match. Khan stated, “The brawl after a classic #AEWCollision main event set the stage for a huge 2-on-2 fight TOMORROW NIGHT!”

This tag team match follows the events of the Collision main event, where Athena successfully defended her ROH Women’s title against Windsor. Following the match, Athena and her ally attacked Windsor until Storm intervened, leading to a strong finish with both Storm and Windsor standing tall as they forced Athena and Starkz to retreat.

Match Details and Future Implications

At All In: Texas, Athena secured a contract that allows her to challenge Toni Storm for the women’s world title at any time after winning the casino battle royal. Since then, Storm has been eager for Athena to sign the contract to schedule their match on television, but Athena has been evasive. It’s possible that their title clash could be set for next month’s Forbidden Door event.

Additionally, AEW Dynamite will feature a singles match between Mark Briscoe and Ricochet, which will include a special stipulation. Khan announced, “After scoring the main event win last Wednesday, Mark Briscoe aims to settle the score vs his red hot rival who beat him in a classic #AEWDoN Stretcher Match: Ricochet!”
