Elavenil Valarivan's Enthusiasm for the Shooting League

New Delhi, June 11 - Indian shooter Elavenil Valarivan, who recently earned a bronze medal at the ISSF World Cup in Munich, shared her excitement regarding the launch of the Shooting League of India (SLI).


"This is a transformative moment for our sport, as it marks the first time such an event is taking place. I am eagerly anticipating it, and I believe all athletes will share this enthusiasm," stated Elavenil, who also set a new national qualification record with a score of 635.9 points, as noted in a press release from SLI.


She emphasized that the league will feature a high level of competition, which will be beneficial for athletes as they prepare to compete against international teams. "This competitive atmosphere will serve as a significant motivation for all participants," she remarked.
