The quarter-finals kick off on Saturday, featuring Shillong Lajong FC going head-to-head with Indian Navy FT, followed by Bodoland FC taking on NorthEast United FC. Sunday will see Jamshedpur FC face Diamond Harbour FC, culminating in the highly anticipated Kolkata derby between MBSG and East Bengal FC.

In the opening match, Shillong Lajong FC will host Indian Navy FT, who topped Group F with seven points. Lajong secured their spot as one of the two best second-placed teams after finishing as runners-up in Group E.
