Diksha Dagar and Pranavi Urs End Up Tied at Aramco Korea Championship

Seoul, South Korea - On May 10, Diksha Dagar and Pranavi Urs experienced different outcomes but ultimately finished tied for 32nd place after two rounds at the Aramco Korea Championship held at the New Korea Country Club. Diksha made a comeback from a challenging front nine, where she was 3-over, to finish with a score of 2-over 74. In contrast, Pranavi struggled on her second nine, dropping three shots, and ended with a score of 3-over 75. Both players now stand at 3-over 147 for the tournament, according to a statement from the Korea Championship.
Avani Prashanth, despite a strong second round, could not make the cut with scores of 79-73, and Tvesa Malik also missed out with rounds of 79-76.
In the individual competition, defending champion Hyo Joo Kim leads the pack with a score of four-under par, just one shot ahead of Lee-Anne Pace. Kim had a solid performance in rainy conditions, carding a second consecutive round of 70 (-2).
Lee-Anne Pace sits in second place at three-under par, while Ecuador's Daniela Darquea and France's Perrine Delacour, who recently won the Investec SA Women’s Open, are tied for third at two-under par.
In the team event, Team Kouskova emerged victorious by one shot, comprising Kouskova, Lee-Anne Pace, Brianna Navarrosa, and Patricia Isabel Schmidt, finishing at 21-under par, just ahead of Team Delacour.
Lee-Anne Pace secured the win for Team Kouskova with a crucial birdie on the final hole of the Aramco Korea Championship.
Team Diksha finished in seventh place, while Team Pranavi, which included Avani, ended up tied for 11th. Tvesa Malik's team, part of Team Pia Babnik, placed tied for 24th.
Diksha had a rocky start with three bogeys on the front nine but rebounded well on the back nine, scoring eight pars and one birdie for a total of 2-over. Pranavi was even par on the back nine after starting from the 10th hole but lost ground with three bogeys on her second nine.
Seven players are tied for fifth place at one-under par, including Switzerland's Chiara Tamburlini, Norway's Dorthea Forbrigd, Sweden's Johanna Wrigley, Australia's Kelsey Bennett, and the German trio of Schmidt, Polly Mack, and Chiara Noja.
With the team event concluded, the 54-hole individual competition will wrap up on Sunday.
