Significant Meeting for Upcoming Championships

On May 10, Vanathi Srinivasan, the National President of the Mahila Morcha BJP and MLA from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, held a meeting with Delhi's Chief Minister, Rekha Gupta, at the Delhi Secretariat.


She was joined by a notable delegation from the Paralympic Committee of India (PCI), which featured key figures such as Devender Jhanjaria (President), Satyanarayana (Head Coach), Satyababu (Director), and Kirubakarara Raju (Joint Secretary).


The focus of their discussions was on the preparations and strategic planning for the World Para Athletics Championships, set to take place in New Delhi from September to October 2025.


This event will be a groundbreaking occasion as Delhi will welcome athletes from over 100 nations, showcasing India's dedication to inclusive sports under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.
