WWE has announced that the Crown Jewel 2025 event will take place in Australia instead of Saudi Arabia this year. This change marks a significant moment as it will be John Cena's last match in Australia. Following WWE's official announcement, wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer shared insights in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, confirming that both the men's and women's title matches will be included in the event.
During the previous Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia, WWE unveiled the Crown Jewel Titles. Liv Morgan, the Raw Women’s World Champion, triumphed over Nia Jax, the SmackDown Women’s Champion, to become the first Women’s Crown Jewel Champion. Meanwhile, Cody Rhodes claimed the inaugural Men’s Crown Jewel Championship by defeating Gunther, the then-World Heavyweight Champion.

These title belts were later showcased at the WWE Experience in Riyadh. Expectations are high for new customized title belts to be introduced for the upcoming Crown Jewel 2025 in Australia.
The Crown Jewel 2025 premium live event is scheduled for October 11 at the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia. This event will coincide with the go-home edition of Friday Night Smackdown on October 10 and the post-event edition of Monday Night Raw on October 13. John Cena is set to make his final WWE appearance in Australia during this event, marking a significant moment in his retirement tour.
