Emerging talent Vaibhav Sooryavanshi continued his impressive run in the IPL 2026 Qualifier 2 against the Gujarat Titans, further solidifying his status as a rising star. The Rajasthan Royals opener has now accumulated over 700 runs this season, and during the match, he scored 31 runs off 17 balls in the Powerplay. This performance allowed him to set a new record for the most runs scored in the Powerplay during a single IPL season, totaling 521 runs, surpassing David Warner's previous record of 467 runs set in 2016.
