Goa to Host the Exciting Seventh Season of Ultimate Table Tennis

New Delhi [India], March 13: The picturesque beaches and vibrant atmosphere of Goa are gearing up to welcome the seventh season of Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT), India's leading franchise-based table tennis league.


Franchises from various cities and some of the top table tennis players globally will gather at the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium, transforming it into a hub of thrilling matches, skillful spins, and fierce competition starting July 2026, as announced by UTT.


Since its inception in 2017, the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) has seen UTT evolve into one of the most significant sporting events in the country.


This upcoming season is set to feature a blend of elite international talent alongside India's finest players, reinforcing the league's commitment to providing a platform where global stars and rising Indian athletes can compete together.


Vita Dani, co-promoter of UTT, expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming season, stating, “Ultimate Table Tennis has become a vital part of India's table tennis landscape. We have witnessed a significant rise in the sport's standards at all levels, from grassroots initiatives to international competitions. The league has fostered greater exposure, enhanced competition, and instilled confidence in Indian players. Over its six successful seasons, UTT has established itself as one of the longest-running sports leagues in India. The competition has featured legendary players like Achanta Sharath Kamal while also providing a platform for emerging talents such as Diya Chitale, Manav Thakkar, and Manush Shah to showcase their skills against some of the world's best.


UTT has coincided with a remarkable period for Indian table tennis, highlighted by the qualification of both the men's and women's teams for the Olympics for the first time. Indian players have continued to excel in various international competitions on the global stage.
