Tomasz Tchorz's adventure in Indian football has been marked by continuous growth, taking him from Kolkata to Kerala and now to Delhi. Currently in his second season with SC Delhi, the Polish coach is determined to leverage his diverse experiences to forge a clear path for the club's future.

Having spent nearly eight seasons in India, Tchorz has held various roles, including assistant coach, club advisor, and head coach. "Each position and location has offered unique lessons, and I've gained invaluable insights from every experience," he shared in a statement from SC Delhi.

Upon arriving in India, Tchorz had a definitive vision for his teams' playing style and player development. While he adapted his strategies to fit the local context, he remained steadfast in his commitment to an attacking style of football that emphasizes intent, chance creation, and an engaging experience for fans.

"Before coming to India, I had a clear idea of my football philosophy and training methods. My approach has been about adaptation rather than a complete overhaul of my principles," he noted.

His time in Kolkata and Kerala allowed him to test his coaching philosophies in varied environments, each presenting distinct challenges and cultural expectations.

Now in Delhi, Tchorz sees a chance to deepen the connection between the club, its fans, and the city. His attacking style has already attracted significant crowds, with SC Delhi achieving some of its highest attendance figures in the current Indian Super League season.

"We are in the midst of cultivating a robust football culture here. Delhi is a melting pot of diverse backgrounds, and I view this as an opportunity to unite everyone through the club, fostering a sense of belonging that resonates with our supporters," he expressed.

Tchorz's initial head coaching experience at the highest level was with Kerala Blasters, where he worked with a seasoned squad during a challenging phase. Having followed SC Delhi since last season, he now aims to fortify the club's footballing foundations, nurture a competitive atmosphere, and create a unified vision for ongoing development.

Reflecting on SC Delhi's potential, he stated, "There is a significant opportunity to cultivate a strong competitive football culture at SC Delhi, both on the field and within the surrounding structures.
