T20I Series Kicks Off in Jamaica

After clinching the ODI series, Sri Lanka is set to maintain their momentum as they face West Indies in the opening T20I match on Thursday, June 12 (IST). Kusal Mendis will captain the Sri Lankan side, while Shai Hope leads the West Indies. The matches are scheduled to take place at Sabina Park in Jamaica on June 12, 14, and 15, starting at 6:30 AM IST, with the first ball bowled 30 minutes prior to the match.

The West Indies team features notable players such as Brandon King, Shimron Hetmyer, Rovman Powell, Roston Chase, Jason Holder, and Romario Shepherd. Romario was part of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru squad that secured the IPL 2026 title.
