Shubman Gill, the captain of India's Test and ODI teams, emphasized the importance of distancing himself from "external factors" to effectively handle pressure both on and off the cricket field.
As he prepares to lead India in the final ODI against England this Sunday, a victory would secure a 2-1 series win for the visitors.
During an engaging session at a diaspora reception organized by the High Commission of India in London, Gill stated, "I manage pressure by concentrating on what I can control and avoiding distractions from outside influences."

Shreyas Iyer, India's T20I captain, who has recently faced injuries, expressed gratitude towards his teammates for their support during his recovery.
"My main goal was to leave the hospital. The encouragement from my teammates motivated me to return to training and come back even stronger," he shared during the event coordinated by Kartik Pande, India's Deputy High Commissioner to the UK.

P Kumaran, the Indian High Commissioner to the UK, welcomed the cricket team and discussed the significant implications of the recently enacted India-UK Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement (CETA).
