She extended her congratulations to Rugby India President Rahul Bose for his dedication to advancing the sport.

After the final match of the HSBC Rugby Premier League Season 2, Sindhu praised Hyderabad's impressive title-winning performance.

"I am truly thrilled that the Rugby Premier League has achieved such success... It was fantastic to see Hyderabad win today... Rahul Bose has done an incredible job... I want to congratulate him," Sindhu remarked to the media.

The Hyderabad Heroes showcased a dominant display in the final, defeating the Mumbai Dreamers with a score of 41-17 to secure the HSBC Rugby Premier League Season 2 championship.

Although the Dreamers started strong, they struggled to convert their early possession into points, as Hyderabad's solid defense forced critical turnovers, as noted in a press release.

The Heroes took advantage of swift counter-attacks, with Francisco Cosculluela's interception leading to Taitaifono Tavita's score, followed by Manuel Moreno's possession win that set up an easy finish for Shivam Shukla.

Maurice Longbottom added a drop goal, giving Hyderabad a commanding lead as they headed into halftime.

After the break, the Heroes maintained their aggressive pace, with Tavita again creating an opening on the left for Diego Ardao to score. The Dreamers finally broke through with quicker ball movement that allowed Ethan McFarland to score, but Hyderabad continued to capitalize on turnovers, with Ardao scoring again before Kevin Wekesa finished a well-executed move out wide.

Terio Tamani extended the lead early in the final quarter, while James Turner managed to score for the Dreamers and later assisted Sukumar Hembrom. Nevertheless, Hyderabad's precise finishing and strong defense ensured they secured a decisive victory.
