Manu Bhaker Enrolls in IIM Rohtak's Sports Management Course

Manu Bhaker, an Olympic medalist in pistol shooting, has officially registered for the Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management for Executives at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak.


Recently, IIM Rohtak launched the seventh cohort of this 16-month program, which features a diverse group of participants, including both national and international athletes, as well as professionals and sports aficionados.


The inauguration event was graced by Shyam Singh Yadav, a former international athlete, coach, and current Member of Parliament, who served as the guest of honor.


During his speech, Prof. Dheeraj Sharma, the Director of IIM Rohtak, emphasized the institute's commitment to enhancing India's sports landscape by cultivating skilled, ethical, and forward-thinking sports professionals.


“Bhaker’s participation injects new energy into the program’s hands-on approach. She gained admission after meeting IIM Rohtak's stringent requirements, which include written assessments, interviews, and other essential criteria,” he noted.
