Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India] - The Kashi Rudras, two-time champions, are set to enter the playoffs of the Uttar Pradesh T20 (UP T20) League Season 4, facing a critical match against the Noida Super Kings in the Eliminator.

Finishing third in the league with five victories and a total of 10 points, the Rudras must secure a win to keep their title defense alive, as highlighted in a recent press release.

The journey for Kashi Rudras has been marked by resilience. They started strong, winning three of their first four matches, but then faced a challenging period with four consecutive losses. However, the team showcased remarkable determination, bouncing back with vital wins, culminating in a strong finish against the league leaders, Meerut Mavericks.

Leading the charge for the Rudras is their captain, Karan Sharma, who holds the Orange Cap with an impressive 355 runs. His performance has been stellar, featuring a standout 102 off 51 balls against Noida Super Kings and an unbeaten 92 off 48 balls against Gorakhpur Lions.

Supporting Karan are Abhishek Goswami with 241 runs and Sahab Yuvraj Singh with 217 runs. On the bowling front, Atal Bihari Rai has been the standout performer with 14 wickets, while Vijay Yadav has contributed 13 wickets. Young left-arm spinner Kartik Yadav has also made his mark, taking 10 wickets this season.
