India Gears Up for Test Series in England

London [UK], June 8: The Indian cricket team, now under the fresh leadership of Shubman Gill as the red-ball captain, has begun its preparations for the upcoming five-match Test series against England, set to commence in Leeds on June 20.


The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared a video on their official platform, showcasing highlights from India's initial training session in London.


During this session, players including captain Gill, vice-captain Rishabh Pant, and Jasprit Bumrah participated in warm-ups, running exercises, fielding drills, and even enjoyed a bit of football.



This five-Test series, which runs from June to August 2025, promises to be a significant challenge for both fans and players.
