In a significant development, England's cricket captain Ben Stokes has been omitted from the national squad following a nightclub incident. He will miss the upcoming second Test against New Zealand, set to occur at the Kia Oval in London starting Wednesday, June 7. Additionally, Gus Atkinson has also been excluded from the 15-member team, having been involved in the same controversy as Stokes.
