Injury Update on Parvez Hossain Emon
Dhaka [Bangladesh], April 12: The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has released an update regarding the injury status of opening batsman Parvez Hossain Emon, who recently returned from the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
According to National Team Physio Bayjedul Islam Khan, Emon suffered a right shoulder injury while fielding on April 3 during the PSL.
"After evaluating Parvez Hossain Emon, who came back from Pakistan with a right shoulder injury sustained on April 3, it seems he may need around three weeks for recovery," he stated, as per the BCB's announcement.
"Emon has already started a structured rehabilitation program under the guidance of the BCB's medical and coaching teams. He will continue with rehabilitation and functional skill training while being closely monitored by the BCB staff," Bayjedul Islam Khan added.
