Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss made their long-awaited return to WWE programming earlier this year, both appearing in the 2025 women’s Royal Rumble match. Flair emerged victorious, earning the chance to compete for the WWE Women’s Championship at Wrestlemania 41.

Following her unsuccessful title bid, an intriguing storyline unfolded on Smackdown, where Bliss sought to team up with Flair. Given their status as former world champions, many fans are optimistic about the potential success of this pairing, especially after Flair acknowledged their natural chemistry.

During an appearance on The Bella Twins' Nikki & Brie Show, Flair expressed enthusiasm about collaborating with Bliss on WWE television, contrasting with their previous on-screen tensions. She affectionately referred to Bliss as 'Blisster' and highlighted their shared history from NXT to the main roster.

“We have so much history from coming up together in NXT. We’ve been in partial feuds, but never a long ongoing one. To see where this is going and being back with her, it’s fun. It’s natural. We have chemistry,” Flair stated.

A Look Back at Their History

Nikki Bella reminded Flair of their past confrontations, particularly a moment when Flair destroyed Bliss’s beloved Lily doll after Bliss lost the Raw Women’s Championship at Extreme Rules 2022. Flair acknowledged that Bliss might still hold a grudge over that incident.

“Lexi has a good [staredown]. She’s still mad at me for tearing up Lilly a couple of years ago,” Flair remarked.

In an exciting development, WWE Raw and SmackDown General Managers have confirmed that Roxanne Perez will partner with Raquel Rodriguez, and the new tag champions will defend their titles in a fatal-4-way match at WWE Evolution 2025. Notably, Flair and Bliss will be among the challenger teams at this all-women's event, with an official announcement expected during this Friday’s Smackdown.
