BSF Hosts Community Yoga Session in Baramulla Ahead of International Yoga Day

In a bid to foster wellness and community engagement, the 112 Battalion of the Border Security Force (BSF) held a unique yoga session along the scenic banks of the River Jhelum in Baramula, just one day prior to International Yoga Day. This event witnessed enthusiastic participation from both BSF personnel and local residents, showcasing a spirit of unity and well-being.
The tranquil setting of the flowing River Jhelum created an ideal atmosphere for participants to fully engage in their yoga practice. This serene backdrop not only enriched the experience but also highlighted the significance of mental and physical health that yoga promotes.
