Overview of India's Upcoming Home Season

On Thursday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) revealed the schedule for the senior men's international home season for 2026-27. This season will feature a diverse multi-format series against four visiting teams.


Match Details and Locations

India will host a total of 22 international matches across 17 cities, ensuring fans nationwide can enjoy the action. The season kicks off with the West Indies tour starting on September 27, 2026, which includes three One Day Internationals (ODIs) followed by five Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).


The ODI matches will take place in Trivandrum, Guwahati, and New Chandigarh, while the T20Is are scheduled for Lucknow, Ranchi, Indore, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.


Sri Lanka's Visit

In December 2026, Sri Lanka will visit India for a series featuring three ODIs and three T20Is. The ODIs will be hosted in Delhi, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad, with T20I matches set for Rajkot, Cuttack, and Pune.


Zimbabwe's Tour

At the beginning of 2027, Zimbabwe will tour India for a three-match ODI series, with games planned for Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.
