Ayush Badoni has been called up to the Indian cricket team for the first time, stepping in for Washington Sundar, who has been sidelined from the ongoing ODI series against New Zealand due to an injury.

According to a statement from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Sundar reported significant discomfort in his left lower rib area while bowling during the first ODI at the BCA Stadium in Kotambi, Vadodara. He will undergo additional scans, and the BCCI Medical Team will consult with specialists regarding his condition.


Ayush Badoni Named as Sundar's Replacement
