Amieyra Khoslla's Triumph at the National Championship

New Delhi, December 31: Fourteen-year-old climbing sensation Amieyra Khoslla showcased her exceptional talent by clinching the Gold Medal in the Youth Girls (Under-17) category at the 29th National Sport Climbing Championship (NSCC) 2025, which took place in Bengaluru from December 26 to 29.


Facing off against the nation’s finest young climbers in the bouldering discipline, Amieyra exhibited remarkable strength, technical skill, and composure, achieving an impressive overall score of 83.8 points in the final round, according to a press release.


Her performance demonstrated consistent excellence across all four problem routes, solidifying her reputation as one of India’s most promising young climbers. The championship was organized by the Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF) in collaboration with the General Thimayya National Academy of Adventure (GETHNAA), featuring talented athletes from various regions of India.


Hosted at Yavanika in Bengaluru, Karnataka, the 29th National Sport Climbing Championship included elite young climbers competing in both speed climbing and bouldering across several age categories and divisions.


During the qualification round on December 27, 2025, Amieyra displayed flawless technique and mental resilience, achieving a perfect score of 100.0 across all four bouldering problems, which placed her as one of the top qualifiers for the finals.


In the final round on December 28, 2025, Amieyra continued her impressive performance, scoring on all four boulders with multiple tops and zones, ultimately securing the national title with 83.8 points, finishing well ahead of her rivals.
