Court Decision on Yash Dayal's Arrest
The Allahabad High Court issued an order on Tuesday preventing the arrest of cricketer Yash Dayal. This decision was made in connection with a First Information Report (FIR) filed against him regarding alleged sexual exploitation of a woman. According to reports, the FIR accuses Dayal of exploiting the woman under the pretense of marriage. The two reportedly met nearly five years ago. The 27-year-old cricketer faced charges on July 6 at the Indirapuram police station in Ghaziabad, under Section 69 of the Indian Penal Code, which pertains to deceitful sexual relations.

She stated that she had committed herself to the relationship with complete honesty and dedication.
