Root's Early Exit
As England's all-time leading run-scorer in Test cricket, Root was anticipated to be a key player on Day 4. Unfortunately, he fell early, becoming the third English batter dismissed that day. Prior to Root's wicket, Akash Deep had already taken out Ben Duckett, who scored 25 runs off 15 balls, including five boundaries.
England's Struggles Continue
At the end of Day 4, England's second innings saw them at 72 runs for the loss of three wickets. Mohammed Siraj claimed the first wicket by dismissing Zak Crawley, who went out without scoring after facing seven balls.
