Champions Crowned in Women's Doubles


On March 1, Rashika Agarwal and Mehak Malhotra emerged victorious in the women's doubles final at the PickleSpin PWR 50 Cup held in Kanpur, defeating Kanushee Garg and Sachi Gupta with scores of 11-3 and 11-9. The champions showcased their skills in the first game, dominating with effective net play and precise shots. From the outset, Agarwal and Malhotra maintained pressure, taking advantage of their opponents' mistakes and controlling the match's tempo.


The second game presented a tougher challenge as Garg and Gupta improved their coordination and extended rallies. Despite the increased competition, Agarwal and Malhotra managed to secure the win in a close finish, clinching the title in straight games.


The PickleSpin PWR 50 Cup, sanctioned by the Indian Pickleball Association (IPA), took place in Kanpur from February 27 to March 1.
